What is Sugarcane +

Sugarcane is actually a tall grass that looks similiar to bamboo. It can grow upto 20 feet tall in over 90 hot climates with India and Brazil as the top 2 producers. It is actually the worlds most produced crop. Majority of sugar in the world is extracted from sugarcane (beet in Second place) using many industrial and chemical processes stripping out all the nutrients and goodness.

What is Pressed Sugarcane Juice +

Pressing Sugarcane is by far the best way of juicing as it retains nutrients compared to other juicing methods. The Sugarcane goes through a metal rollers that applies thousands of pounds of force to press the maximum amount of juice from fresh Sugarcane.

How is Sugarcane Juice different from other drinks +

White refined sugar in other soft drinks is extracted from sugarcane using many industrial processes and chemicals. Yuck! Nutricana natural sugarcane juice is unrefined, retains the plant’s nutrients and can be absorbed normally by the body.

Do I need to keep my Nutricana in the Fridge? +

Our sugarcane Juice can be stored in a cool dry place before it is opened. Best served chilled!

How long will it last once opened +

Once opened please refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Do you add any sugar? +

Our Pressed Sugarcane Juice is 100% Natural, so no added sugars at all and sugars are naturally occuring from a plant that happens to be from the grass family.

Do Nutricana products contain perservatives? +

We do not add any perservatives to keep it natural as possible.

Why is Ascorbic Acid used in your Juices? +

Ascorbic Acid is also known as Vitamin C which is an Antioxidant. A trace amount of this antioxidant is added in the processing to prevent our sugarcane juice from oxidation and discolouration.

Is your packaging Recyclable? +
